Our History
Established by Brian Bonnifield in 2001, Cornerstone Property Management has grown from its early beginnings with a small portfolio of properties to become a leader in South Bay Area property management. Drawing from Brian's leadership and experience (over 20 years in property management since 1989), we maintain a focus on our clients and protecting their investments while also providing our tenants with a safe place to live.
